Written last March 2011 as a Graduation Special for Floyd’s Thanksgiving Party held at Palmera’s Convention Center, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.
One fine November morning, as a sweet gentle breeze rustles outside the window, a little boy was born. He was a gift, a treasure. He grew up with his loving parents, and eight years after, with his sweet little sister. He loved music and its harmony and art. He loved taekwondo to protect other people. He has been a sweet little boy not only to his parents but to others as well. He has been an avid prince and king to various occasions, being partnered to a number of pretty little girls in school. He has the voice of an angel and the gift of brains and heart.
And as he grow up, meet various people– take them as friends, treat them as family, make one of them as his special someone– do a lot of achievements both inside and outside the university realm, and immerged as an accomplished student, son, brother, clubmate, classmate, friend, and boyfriend, we take part in this one memorable journey to the exciting world of the one and only FRANK LLOYD BANSAL TEH.
In the presence of books and computers, Frank Lloyd or Floyd for everyone, indulges himself onto a deep realm of knowledge and information. In this dimension, he does various productive projects and gain exemplary credits. And to amplify all these undertakings, it would be vital to note that that silent yet brilliant man is Ateneo de Zamboanga University’s college batch 2011 class Theology Awardee and Summa Cum Laude, receiving diplomas in two degrees—Computer Science and Management Information Systems.
And after four colorful years in high school and another four wonderful years in college, the time has come where he would be taking another exciting journey as he face the real world outside the university.
Yet amidst the hectic and intense academic lifestyle that he lead with his high school Berchmans and College of Science and Information Technology family, Floyd also imparts wonderful memories with them. All the kalog moments with the Berx outing, all the wacky poses with CS and MIS events, all the bungisngis effects and the sweet nothings… That behind those serious-looking eyes and almost-poker face, there is a light and jolly Floyd.
And of course, like most guys in this planet, Floyd also shares his romantic side with his special someone, Yana, who is always ready to welcome this part of him.
And to signpost this trip into Floyd’s magnificent world, let us share you one nice quote worth remembering, Maya Angelou once said that “You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.” To Floyd and all the graduates of 2011, kudos and aja!
